  • Business Identity Clause: BeyondProof AI LLC provides management and technology consulting services. This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, reminders, and customer support communications to clients who have booked a consultation or engaged our services through our website at https://beyondproof.ai, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated, unchecked checkbox for SMS consent.

  • Opt-Out & Support Mechanisms: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 1-786-321-5037. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.   • Carrier Liability Clause: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
